Florida state & local taxes (currently 11%) are payable in addition to the above rates.

• A deposit of £150 ($190) is required to secure your booking

• The balance payment is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

  If the arrival date is less than 4 weeks away full payment will be required to secure your dates

• A refundable security deposit of £250 ($310) is payable
  
  

• Prices for bookings of less than one week (7 nights) are calculated on a pro-rata basis
